Everyone knows about Bill Barilko's winning goal in overtime to win the stanley cup. But few remember that it was Tod Sloan's tying goal with 32 second left in the third period that sent the game into overtime.
I feel like I stumbled on a diamond in the ruff when researching Tod Sloan. This man was a great hockey player.
Thanks Tod for all the old memories which are all new to me.
